WHAT HAPPENS IF MY APPLIANCE BREAKS? WILL I BE CHARGED?
Service is FREE with your Consolidated appliance. If there is ever a problem, we'll come out and fix it or replace it for no extra charge
DO YOU RUN A CREDIT CHECK?
Credits checks are not required for the rental of our appliances.
DO YOU HAVE SAME DAY/ NEXT DAY SERVICE?
We offer next day service as long as your application is received by 1:00 pm (Mon.-Fri.) the previous day.
DO YOU CHARGE FOR PICK UP?
No pick up fee is charged if you have fulfilled your agreement with Consolidated Smart Systems.
DO I HAVE TO BE HOME FOR THE INSTALLATION?
We work very closely with many on-site management companies for apartment complexes. They can give us access to your apartment as long as you give written permission to do so.
WHAT TIME WILL THE DELIVERY HAPPEN?
At the time of your application we are not able to give you specific time for your delivery. But on the date of delivery we are able to give you a 2 hr. window if needed. Please call our office after 9:00 to get time frame.
